Frequently Asked Questions

The following are the most frequently asked questions Tower Beer Wine and Spirits Doraville has heard from its users. If you have a question or would like to tell us about a great bottle of wine, please Contact Tower Beer Wine and Spirits Doraville, we're interested in hearing from you.
Q. Can you ship to out of state?
A. No, unfortunately we cannot ship due to Georgia liquor laws. All orders are for local local pickup and City of Doraville delivery.
 
Q. If I want to order a case of wine, how many bottles do I put in quantity?
A. A case of 750ml bottles comes as 12 bottles. A case of 1.5L is 6.
 
Q. Can I pay ahead of time? Or by phone?
A. Delivery orders must be paid for before they leave the store. Pickup orders must be paid for at time of pickup.
 
Q. Where and when do you deliver?
A. We are able to deliver in the city where we are licensed: City of Doraville. Please refer to the map below for our precise delivery area:

Q. Who do I contact if there is an issue with my delivery?
A. Please contact us at 770-458-3272 with any questions or issues with your order.
 
Q. Is Delivery Contactless?
A. Per the Georgia law, You must be present and provide a valid ID to be scanned by the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
 
Q. Can I get a burger with my Alcohol delivery?
A. Not at this time, but if you want to bring us a burger, we will gladly eat it.
 
Q. Why is it more expensive to order from a 3rd party for delivery?
A. Third parties charge marketing fees which increase the cost of these services.
 
Q. Is Curbside Pickup Contactless?
A. GA law requires the customer to pay at the point of pickup. We have found some customers to leave their both their ID and form of payment in their trunk to make curbside pickup contactless. We will do whatever we can to help you with this.
 
Q. Can someone else pick up my Curbside order?
A. Yes, anyone that is 21 years old with a valid ID may pick up your order.
 
Q. Who do I call when I get to the store to pick up my Curbside order?
A. You can call us at 770-458-3272 and give us your name and tell us you are there for curbside pickup.
 
Q. What do I do if I want to come in the store to pick up my order?
A. Just add this info into the notes section on your order and we will accomodate you.
 
Q. What are the Curbside Pickup Hours?
A. 9AM-8PM Monday-Saturday

1PM-8PM Sunday

 
Q. Do you offer any Discounts?
A. Yes, we offer mix and match discounts on wine:

750ml & 1.5L

6 Bottles--> 5%

12 Bottles--> 10%

 
Q. My password for the old site doesn't work on this site. What do I do?
A. Use the "forgot password" function to retrieve a new password for use on this site.
 
Q. Can you order items I am unable to find on the website?
A. Sure, just let us know what you are looking for. You can fill out a purchase request form HERE. Be sure to type in the item you are looking for in the purchase request box.
